When Carl and I began seeking out unique places to stay when on vacation, we wanted to stay away from hotels and look for the comforts that comes with many B&Bs.  One of our favorite places to visit is Fredericksburg, Texas.  Inn on the Creek was the first B&B we stayed at in Fredericksburg.  Each room is uniquely decorated with antique furniture and big comfy beds.  We would come in after a day of shopping and there would be cookies set out in the kitchen for the quests.  Each morning we awoke to the aroma of coffee brewing and wonderful smell of bacon cooking in the kitchen.  Breakfasts would be served in the beautiful dining room just off the kitchen.
